D01. Wudang 36 Kicks and basic Boxing”

– “Wudang Sangfeng School”

Four months, total 16 lessons


This boxing starts with Wudang’s basic skills and the 36 leg movements. With comprehensive training on arms, eyes, body and leg movements, this boxing is the mandatory training for the beginners of Wudang martial arts. Long term practice of this boxing allows the practitioners to be nimble with substantial basic martial arts skills. It also enables the practitioners to have good flexibility, strength and speed. With proper design, the boxing runs in a speedy carriage and demands symmetrical training of both the left and right hand-eye coordination. It can improve health as well as body shape. It fits the beginners of the martial arts and the practitioners who aim to improve their basic techniques.
