Introduction of Shi Xu Taichi & Nourishing Life Academy
Shi Xu Taichi & Nourishing Life Academy is established by Master Michelle Mak (Tao Name: Shi Xu). The Academy is committed to teaching authentic Wudang Kungfu (Taichi, Liang Yi Boxing, life nourishing practice, Qigong, Internal Academy and Wushu), Chenjiagou Chen style Taichi and Chinese Wushu Duan System tutorial. The academy is easily accessible, only 5 minute distance from Jordan MTR and Austin MTR stations. Parking lot is available nearby.
Mission of the Academy
The Academy curriculum does not probe religious matter. We sincerely share life nourishing knowledge with the public and are committed to promoting Kungfu and Taichi life nourishing practice. We welcome under-privileged individuals to apply for reduction or exemption of tuition fee, or transportation allowance. The Academy at the same time devoted to serving the community. We have held various free seminars and workshops in different community organizations, and volunteered in elderly associations.

Teaching experience
Master Shi Xu teaches both theory and application. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and has taught in different organizations in Mainland China and Hong Kong for many years. She has held life-nourishing and Taichi seminars and workshops in various organizations, including Wudang Mountain San Feng Academy, Wudang Mountain Taichi Lake Group Taichi Association, Hong Kong Pacific Club, Rotary Club, ENT travel, Pro-Cardio Heart Disease & Stroke Prevention Centre, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Teacher and Student Activity Centre, Ho Wong Neighbourhood Centre for Senior Citizens, Hong Kong Civil Servants General Union, The Engineering Society of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions, Hong Kong Manufacturing Industry Employees General Union, Hong Kong Wearing Apparel Industry Employees General Union, Ho Dao College, Ho Ngai College, Lui Cheung Kwong Lutheran Primary School, Shamshuipo Kaifang Welfare Association Primary School…etc.
Courses are available in class, one-to-one private session, and small group private lesson.
