E9. Chen Style Taichi –  Taichi Fan 24 Postures for Health Preservation

elementary:  4 months; intermediate: 2 months

Based on the Yin-Yang balance of the body, this harmonised and natural form is for the preservation of health, heart and qi.

Combining the characteristics of the Old Form and New Form of Chen Style Taichi, the motion is driven by the inner power tempering the force with softness in a free and easy way. As the practice requires the right or left hand to hold the fan alternatively, both sides of the body can be trained.

Regular practice of this Taichi Fan can smooth the meridians and stimulate the blood circulation so the health of both body and mind would be improved.
