This Privy TaiChiQuan 64 postures is very unique, it combines Internal Alchemy and TaiChi to form a high-caliber technique. It forms a field of Qi during boxing, intake Qi and collect energy. The Qi field is similar to to an energy-ball that flow around the body during boxing, blood, Qi and energy are increasing to recuperate body. During boxing, During practicing, we are at a state of harmony with nature, entering the realm of selflessness. At this moment, one can attain a higher level of Taichi!
This 64 Postures is the cornerstone TaiChiQuan of Wdang Xuanwu Sect, different from Wudang Sanfeng Sect TaichiQuan, each has its own uniqueness. During practice, its unique Qi setting and moving enables whole body is full of Qi. 64 Postures was formulated by Grand Master Wudang Zhang Sanfeng (張三豐祖師) in the Song Dynasty, based on Taoist Lao-Zhuang Thoughts (老莊思想), fused with the changes of Yin and Yang (陰陽) in the nature, observed the fighting between snake and tortoise, started the TaiChiQuan as the first one Wudang NeiJiaQuan Series. During practice, every move, every action, body is light and agile, achieving Internal, External and three integration. Qi should be vigorous and Spirit should be restrained. Dynamically, it is like flowing water; statically, it is as calm as the pine in nature. When applying strength, foot is the root, leg is the conveyance, master control from the waist, up to the finger tip, from foot to waist in a streamline action.
Play the form progressively, limb movements form Internal-Three and External-Three integration. Thirteen Movements, Movement Framework, Push Hands, and Combat Fighting are harmony between man and nature. It can be used for defense as well as attack, as swift as eagle catches rabbit, as agile as cat catches mouse. The technique is holistic, each posture is clear and scientific, it is rarely comprehended by public. The 64 postures are exercising internally and externally, improve physical fitness, mental intelligence, longevity, and self-defense.
