A. Wudang- New classes

1.Wudang Nourishing Life Practice – Dynamic and Static Qigong

This elementary Qigong engages practitioners to practice the joints, smooth the meridians, and massage the acupuncture point. 4 months.

2.Wudang Nourishing Life Practice – Sitting and Standing Meditation Practice

Elementary 2 months; Intermediate 2 months; advanced 2 months

Start dat 3.Wudang Nourishing Life Practice – Taoist Eight Brocade Practice, Standing Practice, Intermediate Sitting Practice, High Level Danfang Eight Brocade Practice (internal alchemy )

The simple and easy-to-learn method is effective in smoothing the meridians and qi-blood as well as treating certain organs resulting in the improvement of breathing system, force of the upper/lower limbs, balancing ability, joint system, nerve system, cardiovascular system, coronary artery, osteoporosis and the immunity.

Elementary 2 months; Intermediate 2 months; advanced 2 months

4.Wudang Nourishing Life Practice –  Sleeping Practice

Practicing the technique would clam oneself and gather the qi. Thus, the practitioner would instantly fall into deep sleep that enhances the rest and recovery of various systems of the body. 3 months.

Start date: Thurs 8:30-10 (7th April)

5.Wudang Taichi – Sanfeng Taichi Sword

Elegant, natural, ethereal and soft, the sword moves with the body practicing Qi and nourishing life.

Elementary 4 months; advanced 2 months

Start date: Wed 11:30-1 pm / Mon 7-8:30pm/Sat 7-8:30pm

6. Wudang Liangyi Boxing – “Dan” Sword

Liangyi sword is both fast and slow, hard and soft, moving like dragon, practitioners unify the sword and the body to extend the force outside. Elementary 4 months. Advanced 2 months.

Start date: Sat 10:30-12 pm

7. Wudang Liangyi Boxing– Seven Star Sword

The ancient swordsmanship has once disappeared. The unconventional movement possesses natural grace mixing the sword together with the practitioner. It is quiet like breeze staining with nothing and acting like dragon soaring into the space. Sat morning 10:30-12:00pm.

8. Wudang Liangyi Fist – Taiyi Five Elements Boxing

The boxing styles with circling movements toward all directions. It has outstanding health preservation and fighting functions with special effect to the muscles, bones and joints. Twist and grapple, the Fist is famous for attack and defense. Elementary 4 months. Advanced 2 months. Every Monday 7-8:30 pm/ Wednesday morning 11:30-1:00pm.

9. Wudang Taichi – The 108 Postures

The 108 Postures is originated from Grand Master Zhang Sanfeng. Complies with the physiology of human body, it is excellent for both life nourishment and defense. The exercise helps concentrate Qi and smooth meridians. Elementary 6 months. Advanced 2 months. Every Saturday 7-8:30pm.

10. Wudang Nourishing Life Practice – Five Shape Qigong

Long term practice can enhance the body, five organs, meridians and blood vessels. This qigong contains five forms: crane, tiger, dragon, turtle and snake, originated from the traditional holy and mighty symbols of Chinese culture. The Qigong coordinates the five shapes with the five elements to enhance the body and health.

Start date : Wed 10-11:30 am

11.Wudang Kungfu – Bagua Palms

The palm action concerts with the body movements circulating in eight directions. The skill devotes particular care to crisscrossing, changing along with the walk, and acting according to the changing circumstances. When encountering the counterpart, the body twists fast and changefully so the movement shapes like a roving dragon, guarding monkey, crouching tiger, and hovering eagle.

Elementary 6 months. Advanced 2 months. Saturday morning 9-10:30 am.

12.Wudang Liangyi Boxing -Vanquish Tiger Boxing

Wudang’s most valuable boxing. It shows the tiger shape externally and contains the tiger spirit internally. With firm footwall and rigorous structure, it attacks speedily and accurately while defense closely. This boxing is strong and pressing in every movement to conquer the enemy, but it is also soft and fit for defense.

Saturday morning 9-10:30am.

B.Wudang—Regular classes (can join at any time)

1.Wudang Taichi – The 13 Postures

Great grandmaster Sanfeng classic boxing routine. Featuring in softness and continuing, harmonizes by being easy-going in manner but highly principled, practices qi, improves both internally and externally and prolong life. Elementary 4 months. Advanced 2 months. 6 classes. 1) Monday 7-8:30pm 2) Wednesday 8:30-10pm 3) Wednesday 11:30-1:00pm; 4) Thursday 8:30-10pm; 5) Saturday 2:30-4pm; 5) Saturday 7-8:30pm

2.Wudang Taichi – The 28 Postures

Short and clear, fully demonstrating the Wudang Taichi charm. Unifying spirit and Qi, work on body, Qi and internal kungfu.

Elementary 4 months; advanced 2 months. Every Monday 7-8:30 pm/Saturday 7-8:30pm.

3.Wudang kungfu class

Wudang Kungfu– 36 Leg Routines and Basic Boxing

Training arms, eyes, body and leg, this is the mandatory training for beginner of Wudang martial arts. The boxing practice can improve one’s flexibility, strength and speed. 4 months. Saturday 9-10:30am.

C.Chen style- new class (2 classes: Monday 8:30-10pm/ Friday morning 11-12:30pm)

1.Chen Style Taichi –  The Old Form 1

Classic routine. Softness is filled with strength in a calm and steady pace. Spiraling force is used in all strikes. The boxing is famous for its attack and defense. Elementary 5 months. Advanced 2 months.

 2.Chen Style Taichi –  The New Form 1

Twisting and reeling, it is flexible and firm, outstanding for attack and defense. Elementary 5 months. Advanced 2 months.

3.Chen Style Taichi –  The Old Form 2

The Old Form 2 is also called Cannon Boxing as it stress hardness affiliated with softness. The motion is carried out at one go and the keys are: vibrate the legs for striking, fight and move fast, scurry and jump, bounce and rouse vivaciously.

Elementary 4 months. Advanced 2 months.
