Course Description
This Chen Style Taichi Fan 24 Postures is based on the Yin-Yang balance of body, it harmonises with the nature. The movements and forms are designed for preservation of health, heart and Qi. Combining the characteristics of the Old Form and New Form of Chen Style Taichi, the motion is driven by the inner power tempering the force with softness in a free and easy way. As the practice requires the right and left hand to hold the fan alternatively, both sides of the body can be trained. Regular practice of this Taichi Fan 24 Postures can exercise brain, smoothen meridians, vitalize blood circulation, cultivate heart and nurture character.
