Course Description
Taichi Ball is good for exercising fingers, wrist, upper arms, lower arms, waist and legs. At the same time, it also trains the inner force of Dantian (丹田, located in the middle of lower abdomen). The practice requires moving the ball from inside by intorting Dantian as if there is an active ball inside the lower abdomen. By training the inner force, one’s competence of Taichi Boxing and heath will also be improved. The Taichi Ball’s agile movement is the combination of postures, skills, and inner force.
