Course Description
In Chinese fairy story, fan is used as weapon by Han ZhongLi(漢鍾離), who is one of the Eight Immortals(八仙). Fan is also used by literati and scholars for defense purpose. Wudang KungFu Fan is based on Wudang Taichi Boxing technique, then integrated motions of fan with martial arts. The movement is smooth and beautiful, it enables practitioners to attack and defend. It combines strength and softness, fits Yin-Yang principle. The practice of Xiaoyao Fan is very pleasing and life-nourishing. Moreover, it helps to keep physical fitness, soften internal meridians so as to nourish life and yet with self-defense function.
