C05. Wudang  Huanyuan Bone Revitalization Qigong

Nowadays, bone and joint problems, especially those derived from the nine key joints, cause major diseases affecting human being of all ages, not just the elderly. The nine key joints are those of neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, chest, waist, hip, knees and ankles.  They involve the Five Viscera including heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney, Six Bowels including stomach, gallbladder, large intestine, small intestine, bladder and the triple foci, and the major nerve systems. These organs raise the energy, Qi and spirit and are mostly important to human body.  Based on the meridians, Qi-blood, energy, Qi and spirit, the Huanyuan Qigong is a proven practice combining the structure of human body and the theory of Chinese medicine. This exceptional Qigong pinpoints the muscles, bone and membrane but especially relating to exercising the nine key joints, the related meridians and the eight extra-meridians with breathing method. It is effective in regulating the flow of Qi and nourishing the blood and bones.
