C07. Wudang Crane Xingzhuang Qigong

Course Description
It is the dynamic Qigong which imitates crane standing posture to nourish Five Organs inside human body. It is especially for training the Qi to show external calmness and consolidate internal essence. It helps to focus mind, exercise endurance and follow crane posture by circulating the Qi. The learners move like crane hunting for food, drinking water, standing alone and flying in sky. It integrates with the static method for training from dynamic to static, from emission of internal Qi to collection of external Qi, and eventually sits in mediation. This practice is divided into three stages, including a) imitating crane in adjusting the breath, collecting nutrition and entering static position, b) stepping on the Five Elements to collect earthly Qi and c) imitating the crane to stand up to reach
Small Circulation (小周天). This practice focuses on training the body, the force, the Qi and the balance. It helps the dynamic fighting and the internal force.
