C13、 Taoist Internal Preservation Thirteen Techniques

(intermediate:3 months; advanced : 3 month)

This is the Taoist’s valuable internal preservation method. It has a long history which could be traced back to the era of Yellow Emperor. Peng Zu, the legendary figure of Taoism, eight generation grandson of Yellow Emperor, who lived 800 years, advocated this practice. This practice is regarded as the secret of longevity of the fairies and it is a must for the Taoists to practice it. In the past, the notables, like Zhuangzi, Lu Zu, Master Sanfen and Li Shizhen, also exercised this practice. Sun Simiao, a famous doctor and herbalist of the Tang dynasty, had the greatest esteem for this practice. He practiced it frequently and eventually achieved longevity. It is also the pre-training of the practice of Taoist’s Internal Alchemy. There are thirteen groups of refined standing motions. Through audio frequency, mind concentration, Qi guidance, introspection and meditation, all these internal practices and external movements, the practitioners will be able to save up all the Qi and all the meridians will flow freely in the body. Eventually, one can regain the natural state and be back to the origin. This practice is the only way to reach the divine and right road of training large- and small circle of vital energy.
