C21. Wudang Six-Word Practice

(2 months, total 8 lessons)

This practice is based on the Medical Classics of the Yellow Emperor (Huangdi Neijing) to nurse the vital organs by exhaling dirty air and inhaling fresh air which results in natural circulation. The Six-Word are He, Xu, Hu, Si, Chui, and Xi which imitate the mouth shapes to pull and exercise the internal organs so as to smooth the meridians, muscles and joints. Long-term practice can exhale the dirty air accumulated inside  body, expand Qi storage, smooth Qi-blood circulation, and strengthen respiratory system. In addition, this practice also forms the foundation of the advanced training of the internal alchemy.
