Course Description
This is the Taoist’s valuable internal preservation method. It has a long history which can be traced back to the era of Yellow Emperor. Peng Zu (the legendary figure of Taoism, eighth generation grandson of Yellow Emperor, who lived 800 years, 1237-1100BC), Zhuangzi, Lu Zu, Zhang Sanfengzu, Li Shizhen, Sun Simiao (a famous doctor and herbalist in Tang dynasty, 541-682AD) and other masters all highly advocated and practiced this method. This is a must for Taoists to practice – the fundamental practice of Taoist’s Internal Alchemy. There are thirteen groups of refined standing poses and motions. Through audio frequency, mind concentration, Qi guidance, introspection and meditation, through these internal practices and external movements, practitioners will be able to cumulate Qi, enable it to circulate smoothly in the body. In the end, one can regain the natural state and be back to the origin. This practice can detox, clear feces, eliminate source of disease, connect universe energy. This is the only way to reach divine and right road of training large- and small circle of vital energy.
