Course Description
This boxing coordinates the Attack-Defense techniques with Guide and Lead method. The palm action concerts body movements circulating in eight directions. The skill devotes particular care to crisscrossing, changing along with the walk, and acting according to the changing circumstances. The Pile Stance and the Walk Stance are the foundations of this boxing. The walking path follows the Yin-Yang-Yu (Innate Taichi Diagram), Baguatu (Eight Trigrams), Jiugong (Nine Palaces), etc. It exerts the advantage of palms longer than holding fist, it can thump, pull and grab. In encountering the counterpart, body twists quickly and change fully so that the movement shapes like a flying dragon, a watching monkey, a crouching tiger, and a hovering eagle. The steps move like wading through the mud. When moves forward, the movement looks like sitting in a sedan chair. When the leg moves, two knees pass next to each other. When moves in circle, the inner leg goes straight forward and the outer leg points inwardly. When necessary, the two knees point inwardly to show no weakness. When striking with the palm, the waist has to be the axis. During circling movement, body harmonizes with the mental and physical forms, coordinates inner focus and outer focus. The inner focus are heart, spirit, mind, Qi and the outer focus are arm, eye, body, skill and stance. Long-term practice could improve body functions to achieve health preservation and life prolonging.
