D01. Wudang 36 Kicking techniques and basic Boxing

This boxing starts with Wudang’s basic skills and the 36 leg movements. With comprehensive training on arms, eyes, body and leg movements, this boxing is the mandatory training for the beginners of Wudang martial arts.  Long-term practice of this boxing allows the practitioners to be nimble with substantial basic martial arts skills. It also enables the practitioners to have good flexibility, strength and speed.  With proper design, the boxing runs in a speedy carriage and demands symmetrical training of both the left and right hand-eye coordination.  It can improve the health as well as the body shape. It fits the beginners of the martial arts and the practitioners who aim to improve their basic techniques.
