D09. Wudang Martial Arts Fan

Zhongli, one of the Eight Fairies, used a fan as the weapon. The fan is also the self-defense weapon of the scholars. Wudang Taichi fist is the base of Wudang Martial Arts Fan. It integrates the techniques of fan with the attack and defense of martial arts. The movements of the fan are smooth and nimble. They follow the theory of Taichi fist, which couples strength and gentleness, and opening and closing of Yin-Yang. When the fan moves, it stirs the wind and arouses the Qi to wind the body. It helps the body be relaxed and healthy. It also helps to attack and defend.
