C10. Wudang Nourishing Life Practice –  The Six Word Practice (3 months)

This practice is based on the The Medical Classic of the Yellow Emperor (Huangdi Neijing) to nurse the vital organs by exhaling the dirty air and inhaling the fresh air. The six words are He, Xu, Hu, Si, Chui, and Xi which mouth shapes would pull and exercise the internal organs to smooth the meridians, muscles and joints.

Long-term practice can exhale the dirty air accumulated inside the body, expand the qi storage, smooth the qi-blood circulation, and strengthen the respiratory function. Besides, this practice also forms the foundation of the higher level training of the internal alchemy.
