It is a prominent internal preservation qigong of Taoist heritage. Long term practice can enhance the body, five organs, meridians and blood vessels.

This qigong contains five forms: crane, tiger, dragon, turtle and snake, originated from the traditional holy and mighty symbols of Chinese culture. The Qigong coordinates the five shapes with the five elements to enhance the body and health.

Crane: in Chinese culture, crane represents freeing from the worldly matters, elegancy and clean. Ancient poetry praises the crane as covering clouds in the heaven and accompanied with the dragon and phoenix. Crane belongs to fire in the five elements and hearts in the human body. Practicing crane form qigong brings vigorous energetic and refreshing spirit.

Tiger: it is the symbol of power and kindness. Tiger belongs to soil in the five elements. Practicing tiger form qigong can strengthen the spleen, stomach, muscles and bone.

Dragon: it is a spiritual and lucky creature possessing the deity of Heaven and Holy. Dragon belongs to wood in the five elements. Practicing dragon form qigong can strengthen the liver and gallbladder.

Turtle: it is a holy and foresightful creature symbolizing long life, wisdom, steady and peace. Turtle belongs to water in the five elements. Practicing turtle form qigong can strengthen the kidney.

Snake:  The integration of turtle and snake becomes the God of the Northern or Xuanwu. Snake belongs to metal in the five elements and lung in human body. Practicing snake form qigong can strengthen the lungs.
