The nine key joints are those of neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, chest, waist, hip and knees involving the Five Organs (heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney), Six Organs (stomach, gallbladder, large intestine, small intestine, bladder and the three visceral cavities) and the major nerve systems.
