The New Form 2 is also called Cannon Boxing and it has complicated motions.

The series gives priority to hardness affiliated by softness.  The four side hands (pulling down, splitting, elbowing, and body strike) are used more while the four regular hands (warding off, rolling back, pressing, and pushing) are less.  The keys of the movement are: vibrate the legs for striking, fight and move fast, scurry and jump, bounce and rouse vivaciously.

Externally, it looks mainly fast, powerful, and hopping but sometimes also slow, soft, clam and firm. When striking, the arms lead the body in coordination with nimble steps. The inner force governs the external movement.  Once moves, all move and complete at one go.
