– Wudang Taichi Eight Method Push Hand
Elementary 2 months, Advanced 1 month, total 12 lessons
Push Hand is Wudang learners’ exercise to keep body coordination and agility. Its fundamental principal methods are: warding, rolling, pushing, pressing, grabbing, splitting, elbowing and leaning, working with each other, exchanging Ying and Yang(陰陽), understand strength, use strength, generate explosive power. From elementary to in-depth level, long-term practice enables one to know himself/herself, as well as the enemy, defeats the enemy, dissipates enemy’s force, acts as vine wrapped around tree, iron wrapped inside cotton. Learner should have certain Wudang Taichi groundwork.
