elementary: 6 months (24 lessons); intermediate: 2 months (8 lessons)

The 108 Postures is the primary boxing, which shares the same origin with the 13 Postures, and is originated from Grand Master Zhang Sanfeng. Yet, their styles and features are different. Through watching the fight between bird and snake, Grand Master comprehended the truth of reinforcement, neutralization, and independency between softness and hardness. Then, he applied the theory of Yin-Yang, five elements and eight trigrams for inventing the boxing. He also integrated the concept of Taoist health preservation as well as the internal and external routine of human body into his invention. The boxing is the combination of softness and hardness as well as the interval of dynamic and static. It is good for physical fitness, adjusting body and mind, and self-defense. The boxing contains 108 postures under eight divisions and its style is perfect and refined. Long-term practitioners would be able to cultivate their own moral characters and collect peace of mind with smooth meridians, and strong internal/external strength. Thus, life would be prolonged.
