elementary: 2 months;intermediate: 2 months ; advanced: 2 months

Elementary:  Meditation is the quality Taoist’s internal cultivation method to nurture the heart and keep physical fitness. It serves as the pre-practice of the internal Qi.  It is a way to prolong life, relax the stress, nourish the nature and enhance the inner force. According to the Chinese traditional medicine theory, meditation can make one communicate with one’s own body. The practice recuperates and nourishes the inner organs. During the practice, the distracting thoughts decrease and the Qi moves in the most natural way.  Thus, the life energy lost in daily life recovers.  Meditation helps one to reach the integration of man and nature in which worries will fall into oblivion. Consistent practice is good for one’s disposition and physical body. It is also the preparation to open up the Small Circle – Ren Meridian and Du Meridian. When the circle of vital energy circulates well, the meridians have enough Qi to activate the cells to enhance the immunity and self-healing power.  Through this, the chance of getting chronic diseases would be reduced. Through consistent practice, one would become peaceful, calm and healthy.

Intermediate:  Small Circle, i.e. the main meridian channel running through the back and front meridians which covers the main internal organs and human physiological functions of the body ( In Chinese way, it is called as the Inner Dan Xiaozhoutian Gong).  It helps the circulation of vital energy to open up the Ren Meridian and Du Meridian.

Advanced: Collection and nutrition. It helps to develop body’s breathing energy, collect the energy of the earth and heaven and nurture the whole body’s energy. It helps the learners to integrate the internal and external energy.

The whole training helps to enhance inner force and blood circulation so as to integrate the internal and external forces. The training is divided into two parts: dynamic and static methods. The dynamic method is the miniature of Taichi, which would adjust the breathing, activate the blood circulation, exercise the tendons and bones, train the internal and external integration.  The static method specializes in building the Wuji inner force through the training of the three valuables of human being, energy, Qi and spirit. This practice also helps to generate energy and activate Qi circulation. This is the specific training method of generating inner force through practicing Taichi. It is also applicable to the other schools of Taichi and Kungfu. The training is in progressive sequence: from external integration, i.e. hand-foot coordination, waist-thigh coordination and elbow-knee coordination, to internal integration, i.e. shape-mind coordination, mind-Qi coordination and Qi-spirit coordination. It is definitely the high quality internal and external training of Taichi.
