Course Description:
Baduanjin was founded by Zhongli Quan, a general of the Han Dynasty and also one of the eight fairies. It is a simple and easy-to-learn but very effective method.
Banduanjin has many Chinese clinical confirmation that Baduanjin has good and successful results in improving health condition.
Elementary – Standing - It is not a simple strengthen bones and ligament method, but also movement with associated breathing, circulation inside meridians and internal alchemy。Regulate breathing and internal organs。
Intermediate – Sitting - Internal Alchemysmall circulation exercise, link up Ren and Du meridian.Small circulation flows around all physiological functional organs, including five solid organs and six hollow organs, meridians and blood vessels, brain, spinal cord, and link up all meridians.Link up Ren and Du meridian can soothe all meridians, improve physical fitness, strengthen the body, prolong life expectancy, defense ourselves from diseases.
Advanced – Alchemy Baduanjin - Qi and blood circulation, internal alchemy,with eminent alchemy. Each phase is targeted at a specific organ, or a specific sickness.recuperate organ functionality, defense ourselves from diseases,prolong life expectancy.Improve respiratory system, limbs strength, balancing ability, joints and nervous system, cardiovascular function and coronary arteriosclerosis, osteoporosis, immune function.With persistent practice, this can enhance physical fitness, prevent and treat diseases, and delay aging. Practicing Baduanjin is useful and help for the middle-age and senior citizens, poor health, chronic disease patients, depressed and suffering anxiety. Activating Qi, circulating in meridians, strengthening body, high spirit, improving astuteness.
