C07. Wudang Crane Xingzhuang Qigong  elementary: 2 months;intermediate:2 months

It is the dynamic Qigong which imitates the crane standing posture to nourish the five organs. It is especially for training the Qi to show the external calm and consolidate the internal essence. It helps to focus the mind, exercise the endurance and follow the posture by circulating the Qi.  The learners move like the crane hunting for food, drinking water, standing alone and flying in the sky.  It integrates with the static method for training from dynamic to static, from emission of internal Qi to collection of external Qi and eventually sits in mediation.  This practice is divided into three stages, including imitating the crane to adjust the breath, collect nutrition and entering the static position, stepping on the five elements to collect earthly Qi and imitating the crane to stand up to reach the sky. This practice focuses on training the body, the force, the Qi and the balance.  It helps the dynamic fighting and the internal force.
