C06. Wudang Nourishing Life Practice – Sleeping Practice (3 months)
The Sleeping Practice is one of Wudang’s internal alchemy. The practice is through sleeping, a common process everyone must go through every day.
It improves tiredness, sleeping deficiency and incongruous qi-blood
Practicing the technique would clam oneself and gather the qi. Thus, the practitioner would instantly fall into deep sleep that enhances the rest and recovery of various systems of the body.
Most illnesses are caused by unsmooth breathing, incongruous spirit and obstructed qi-blood. Long term practice of this sleeping technique would prevent illness and smooth the qi-blood so the practitioner would become vigorous.
The technique includes mind training, incantation, postures, and a series of methods and movements of pre-, post- and in-practice, as well as some specific items.
