D1. Wudang Kungfu – Basic Boxing (4 months)
This boxing starts with Wudang’s basic skill and the leg law.
With comprehensive training on arms, eyes, body method and leg law, this is the mandatory training for beginner of Wudang martial arts.
The boxing practice can improve one’s flexibility, strength and speed. Hence, the practitioners would become agile with substantial basic martial arts skill.
With proper design, the boxing runs in a speedy carriage and demands symmetrical training of both the left and right sides of the body. It can improve the health as well as the body shape. It fits the beginners and also the martial arts practitioners who want to improve their basic techniques.
